Mommy Stiletto's Loaded Potato Soup
5 Large Russet Potatoes peeled and cut
2 cups of whole milk
32oz of chicken broth
1 pint of heavy whipping cream
16oz of sour cream
salt (to taste)
onion salt (to taste)
white ground pepper (to taste)

Boil potatoes until soft then removed them from pot and mash while leaving some coarse pieces for a nice texture. In the same pot add the chicken broth, milk, whipping cream and sour cream along. Boil on a medium-high heat then add the mashed potatoes stirring occasionally. Add salt, pepper and onion salt to taste. Boil for about 15 minutes then serve. I garnished my bowl the same as I would an actual loaded baked potato; sharp cheddar cheese, bacon bits, chives and a dollop of sour cream.
