As you all can see Fall is probably my most favorite season. I just love it. So as we are gearing towards then end of Fall and coming closer to Winter, I bring one more touch of Fall in these delicious Pumpkin Pancakes. These pancakes are very different from traditional pancakes and with the caramel and whip cream topping (my attempt at the IHOP version) there is no need for maple syrup.
